If you engaged us as a consumer for a paid concierge service and want to withdraw while you still can, this page explains your right and gives you a form to do it. We confirm receipt by email.
Your Right to Cancel
You may withdraw from a paid concierge service within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason. If you asked us to start during those 14 days and withdraw before the work is complete, you pay for the part of the work carried out up to the time we receive your notice, as a proportion of the fee, and we refund the rest. Once the service has been fully performed, the right to withdraw no longer applies (Terms & Conditions, clause 3.2).
Bookings and purchases you make directly with a course, coach, travel provider or retailer are contracts with that provider, under its own terms. If you engaged us for a business, trade or profession, there is no right of withdrawal.
